Inspections by Propertyware

I am so frustrated with this company and app. We’ve called support several times about this app not working and they have done nothing to fix it. They just continue to tell us the issue has been elevated to their tech team.

I do not know when the last update was done, i have had trouble for over a year. Currently down Jack

You know an app is poorly written when tech support tells you to turn off basic features link syncing. Today i was rolling along doing an inspection and it completely froze up. I rebooted my IPad and now i can’t clear the 2 inspections that got hung up when it crashed.

If I could give it less than one star I would. I had the app crash so many times it is unreal! I finally had to just delete it, take pictures with my phone and send them to my computer. It was faster that way than having to deal with this defective app all the time.

This app works great when it works.....it started off great but now is freezing constantly. I called PW and they acted like I was the only one who was having a problem.......

Very disappointing. The app which for a time worked poorly now does not work at all - freezing on the login screen.

I have to reload the app constantly. It doesn’t recognize my pin. Then I have to dump it and reload.

I have been unable to perform any inspections in this app for the past month or two. After I enter in my four digit code it just sits there and sits there and then cuts off.

I recently updated to iOS 12 and the app stopped working. It won’t go past the pin page.

Where are the updates? No updates to the app in over 2 years. The app has crashed and no longer works. Just frozen on the login screen.
