Won’t let us add it to apple wallet. Can’t access the gym. Have seen other residents do it. No help option on the app. Terrible app.

Cannot use building id
Unable to add my building id to apple wallet causing lot of issues
Convenient and Easy to Use
This app has made it easier to keep up with my rent and gym membership.
Significantly Improved Over Time
Honestly, a few years back, this app was very buggy.., but it seems like a lot of work has been put into improving and redesigning it. The rent payments and smart locks features are great. Plus, The Hub tab offers a lot of useful services now.Hope that it will keep getting better.
Freezes up too often
App freezes up a lot and have to reinstall. Needs to be fixed. Functionality is just OK.
I cannot add my gym card to Apple Pay
I am very disappointed because I cannot use the gym because of this app.

Doesn’t work
Can someone fix this app? The captcha portion doesn’t properly work and won’t let me log in. Also very buggy in general. This app is garbage.

Building ID cannot be added to Apple Wallet I cannot access to the gym area with this ID because I cannot add the ID to my Apple Wallet.
