Worst app ever

Lila was amazing at showing me around, so helpful and attentive. I will definitely be recommending the centre and her to everyone I know :)

Keeps kicking me out 🤬

The app won’t let me pay for classes any more. Has not been working for months and no one prepared to do anything about it.

I am having great difficulty registering or logging in to my account. The web pages don’t show a keyboard to enable you to key in any details… Can’t even update this messsge …

Despite contacting the centre both in person and via email I still have 1 strike showing. Despite both of the above assuring me the strike was removed it isn’t (I had attended and knowing the cctv shows this but the app says I didn’t). Also deleted and reinstalled the app. Not helpful if you are menopausal or suffer from anxiety/stress as this add to it.

Very poor app design. Not happy at all

The Fawlty Towers of leisure centres.

This app is useless. Won’t allow you to log in, won’t allow you to book more than 1 ticket (what do you do if you have kids?). Try everyone active at least it works

Feedback: please make the barcode a QR Code instead like the back of the membership cards. Trying to use the barcode on the entry scanners is sometimes difficult. Other than that the app works pretty well.
