Needs undo function to be perfect

Epona66 on

United Kingdom

I love this app, its perfect for just chilling out with but to be really useful it needs an undo function and the ability to create larger images as the current output is too small for serious printing. As others have suggested video recording/output would be a very nice feature, possibly as a paid for add-on?

It’s wonderful

However I wish there was an undo, and a standard round brush. Export to png would be good too. I’d definitely pay if these were put in a pro version

Really good chill time

Loads of apps state how good they are for meditation, mindfulness, etc. I don’t really get it. For me, it’s all about something being tactile and visually interesting and this does it for me. Really lovely to play with during your down time. Thanks devs!

The most brilliant creative App!

I love this app - it’s brilliant for getting lost in designing - a fantastic meditative tool for me as it’s so relaxing. You can create the most amazing designs, mandalas and kaleidoscope images. I love it!

Needs video to make this worth the money

Brummie Pete on

Both this version and the pc version are great little apps but they miss one big thing , the ability to save the animations as video. Those could then be used in projects for new art and also to share on social media.

Nice app but a few glitches

I’ll get the negatives out of the way first... the tools icons will go blank if you leave the app for a short while and come back to it, the icons still work but you cannot see descriptions shape like brush shapes etc. The app doesn’t save an image to camera roll when you use the download button, I found that one out after saving six cool patterns and none were shown in camera roll 🤔 Features... sparse is best to describe this one, hopefully they will add some more brushes and a few more variations on kaleidoscope shapes. Requests... see above for two of them, also would be nice to save a pattern as a preset - as a starting point, also the same could go for colour sets, would also be a nice option to save as a tile for backgrounds. More filters would be good but I suppose it’s a moot point when other apps can be used to manipulate the image. Would love to be able to record the motion without the icons displayed too. Things missing that should be there already... undo and straighten. Other than that it’s a good app and very therapeutic.

My favourite way to while away time

Inspirit is one of those rare apps that once you download and open, you instinctively know exactly what to do to get started. I have spent many a cathartic hour creating mandala style art and can honestly say that it is a joy to use. Create a design of your own and press the play button and be mesmerised as the patterns change in a kaleidoscopic fashion. This app is a real winner in my book. Sorry, but I have to go now, been to long away from Inspirit.

sounds good but rather limited
