Didn’t work

The global sim offer did not work - I was left without any internet.

Data pooling

The fact I can pool my data free of charge across 3 eSIMs for my two iPads and iPhone is amazing. Such a unique feature that I love! The PAYG is also super great for layovers in countries you’re only spending an hour in.

Getting charged for data without authorisation

Can’t complain about the ease to setup, but be warned, even thought I made sure the Pay As You Go setting is turned off so I don’t get charged for auto top up, and as soon as I used up the data I turned off mobile data. When I eventually got Wi-Fi I noticed the app had taken money from my account to ‘top up’ my esim… went to check the Pay As You Go setting and it had “mysteriously” been turned on… very dishonest, contacted support and still waiting for response, despite the ease of use I will not use Instabridge again.

doesnt work

I downloaded a data plan for singapore and it doesnt work. I’d like a refund instantly i am furious.
