As others said, the bluetooth mouse works for less than a second and then stops working. Waste of time and money if they cant support their product.

I’m finding the app not user logical. The feed timer is confusing. I would like to schedule on a calendar format using feeding times instead of the H and M format?? The QR code in manual just takes me to a marketing page and the help centre had no answers to my questions. I hope the app designer will review this.

Requires pet data to add a device, but then is unable to save the pet data. Extremely frustrating to use with no work around.

I got the smart mouse which is controlled through the app. My first purchase would continually disconnect from Bluetooth, I emailed and suggestions were very unhelpful. Eventually told to go back to the store to get a new one because they had none in stock. Got a new one and the same issue persists. I can control the mouse form the app for a single move and then it stops working before I have to reconnect it. Until this issue is fixed not worth the time or effort. Also, you HAVE to register your pet, not a huge deal, but annoying.

I can’t zoom in anymore since last update, seems like they took it away this feature.

The app is good but not the best, when you extend the camera view in the returning the screen comes into black and you need to close and recharge the session again, and the other thing that could be perfect is the brown bone doesn't appear on the screen because of the big size don't let you see all the panorama.

Very happy with the water quality and it always Ives out a certain amount of water. There is never too much water just the right amount.

The water fountain is fantastic for my pup. I love having it. I don’t have to worry about always having to fill it up and my puppy loves to drink out of it.

The app is so user friendly and my camera is so clear and the best to use!! Also amazing staff at pet expos :)
