Appalled at the disgusting service

I had an appointment booked thru instaglam on whatsapp - my appointment was in the morning first call i received 1 hour before my appointment where they wanted to cancel one of my services tho everything was paid in advance. The pedicure lady was professional but the manicure lady is the same lady that did the wax not mentioning the hygiene is 0 - no face mask - the lady decided to do wax on my personal bed not putting proper protection jumping on sides not mentioning throwing sticks on the floor! Never again!!!!

I have used the app for hair services and was very impressed. The booking was made efficiently and I could choose the stylist that I wanted from reading the profile. On the day, the stylist was very professional and experienced to do what was required in the time given. We were very happy with the results. I have also booked and attended a make-up workshop. It was a fabulous morning where I met great people and learned some amazing tips and tricks with regards to make-up application The services are fantastic, convenient as at home, saving you time. The app is easy to use and full of information to enable you to make the right choice. I recommend you all to try it.

I have used Instaglam for different services either makeup / skin care sessions , makeup for occasions or message Therapists . All services were really amazing , the team are very professional, very friendly , on time which is very important, rates are very reasonable and convenient at home so it saves a lot of time so no need to stay for long hours in the salon or the spa .
