Installer Toolkit

Bonjour J’ai fait l’erreur de cocher polyphasé soit L1 & L2 & L3. Je n’ai plus l’option L1 sur l’application et donc impossible de revenir en arrière !!!

With version 2.8 it is question of chance to get a connection to my envoy S standard box. Error and time out messages and very seldom a connection. Very disappointing after years with working older revisions.

L’application est longue a ce connecter, elle déconnecte sans arrêt, l’interface n’est pas attractive du tout

Application désinstallée, puis réinstallée à partir de l’AplleStore (version 2.2.5). À l’ouverture de l’application, cette dernière ne me propose plus la possibilité dans son menu de me connecter directement à l’Envoy de ma maison... ??? La seule possibilité que m’offre le menu est : « se connecter à Enlighten »...

Problème de fonctionnement impossible d’accéder aux différents paramètres quand je veux ouvrir Envoy il n’y a plus de synchronisation et de même pour Enlighten.

Une mise à jour s’impose...

In its attempt to push people to use the new toolkit app, Enphase has essentially made this one non functional. I’ve used it on my work phone and personal phone to commission Envoys and neither one works anymore.

I use this app everyday for work as I install enphase inverters. The app will only work for a few uses and then closes itself every time you open the app. I have tried all types of settings in my phone and still does the same thing. Please fix this issue. The other issue we are having is the grid profiles not showing or taking up to an hour to show and sometimes not showing at all. These issues are causing extra hours on our jobs making us less efficient. Please update or got fix these issues so we can continue to use this app.

I like the toolkit much better now. I think Enphase needs to help people chose the right app. If you want the basics and nothing more, then Enlighten. Want a little more data and live reporting,, then Enlighten Manager. Want full control and set-up through Envoy, then the Enlighten Installer Toolkit. I think some of the comments, including mine, on other apps is because some functionality moved around between apps. I have all three and as a bundle, they are very good and very powerful.

This is so much easier to use now! Lots of new changes incorporated into this app. We can now scan the inverter map with the the phone's camera!
