Organization of Recipes
I love the extensive list of recipes, and the step by step is a great addition, but when it comes to locating saved recipes, it would be super helpful if the app would allow you to organize into folders or groups, such as main course, dessert, breakfast, side items, etc. After saving dozens of recipes, it's difficult to search through for ideas if you're looking for just sides or only main courses. That's all I've got - other than that, thank you for the recipes and keep up the great work!
Soups
I haven’t started cooking yet, just got this for Christmas saving a lot of recipes! Love to make soup and can’t believe it can be done in minutes!!
Not Inclusive
The app no longer supports the Smart WiFi 60 model
Why
Why are not all instant pot devices listed? The app used to have the instant blender and now it doesn’t. And I don’t see the new device I just bought either. Why some and not others?
Lacks Desirable Features
The app works fine, but it’s bare-bones. The recipes can’t be printed or saved. Most of the recipes are not rated, and I found I could not rate any of them. I looked for a link to my appliance’s owners manual, but that feature is not included in the app. This adds nothing to what you would get by simply searching online for recipes.
Options lacking for 3 qt instant pot
I just received my 3 qt Instant Pot Duo and hoped that this app would have recipes for me but I was sadly disappointed. You can’t cook service for 8 or even 4 in this machine. It is service for 2-3 at the most which is what I wanted. I saw no easy way to put in how many servings or what size of instant pot. Very disappointed.
Still no way to export shopping list
This app gets regular updates, but they still haven’t added a way to export the ingredients to a shopping list. Just a simple ability to copy and paste would be fine. It used to be in the app. Please add it back.
Recipes not categorized
Yes, they have a few categories on the home page but otherwise you have to use the search bar to find a recipe. Not very user friendly.
Used to be good
I have had this app for a while but just recently it wanted me to sign in. I tried to set up a new account (not sure if I already had one) but it said I did already have an account . So then I tried to log in but couldn’t. I tried to do a password reset but THEN I got the message that they couldn’t find my account. So which is it— I already have an account or they can’t find me?? I just keep hitting the wall. Unable to sign in no matter what I try. Very frustrating and do not recommend this app.
