I love always being able to check my account balance right when I open up the instant app and I haven't had a single problem with the card transactions. Thanks, Instant!

When I find myself out of cash it’s awesome to be able to just tap a button and get some money to afford the groceries I need before my next paycheck.

First of all I would like to say that we didn't like this new system and this from our corporate they decided to put our tips in this app.This app gives so much headache.Today I did a purchase from CVS,and I tried couple of times and it declined but I knnow that I have pretty much amount of money.Tried 3 times.No luck.And now my balance shows 0$ and says "seems you don't have any card connected to this account".Really???There is my money???Fix this app,please.!!!!

The app was fine when I was using but than it started to ask for a verification code and the code hasn’t been going to my email and I can’t see how much I have or transfer anything to my bank it’s real irritating.

I periodically get logged out of the Instant app which usually isn’t an issue as I’m able to log back in with FaceID. However a few days ago this was no longer an option and the password for my account either does not exist (because of FaceID?) or has been lost from my passwords app. Attempting to reset my password initially gave me an “unable to connect to Instant please chxj your internet connection” message. I contacted support and spent 45 minutes (15 on hold waiting for someone) attempting to reset my password—all attempts failed as I would be immediately redirected to the app’s main login screen. Now my account is blocked and I cannot access it until “senior staff” resolve the issue. While I presume I can use my instant card, I cannot transfer funds into my primary bank account to pay for bills, etc. until “senior staff” gets around to the issue. Before this, I experienced an ongoing issue of not receiving push alerts when tips had been paid despite deleting and reinstalling the app several times.

They have a glitch when it comes to refunds that causes it to keep your money and customer service sent me proof I had never received my money back however apparently on their end the money shows the transaction had never occurred but also my 7.75 never existed and every time I try and explain they won’t listen to me or follow the actual paper trail they just lock me out of my account or hang up on me so now I am left wondering if there is other money missing all I want is the money the glitch took but I can’t get them to help me update still no help and I’m locked out of my account and can’t reach anyone during normal business hours

Like the title says sometimes it works some times I’m stuck thinking I haven’t been paid or someone changed my password, the app will randomly log you out and then refuse to have you log back in

This app literally lies to u when you get instant pay after a shift. It shows that I got it, I logged in 3 hrs later and it shows I never got it. Genuinely the worst app ever.

instant financial gives you offers that you can accept but what they don’t tell you is the money is being taken back out of your checks! i have money sitting in my instant account that i cannot take off since you can’t order a card through the app
