So helpful.
I used to have bad anxiety so opening up the app quickly and checking my heart rate would help me. I do have some anxiety now and i still will open it sometimes. Simple and easy, thank you.

You can check your pulse twice, but after that you have to sign up for a $59 annual subscription. I would not have downloaded if I had known.
