Instant Toon: Cartoon Art Cam

I simply love this app. I have had it for years an it works very well and with a wide range of filter settings. Great! I am only missing one feature, and that is a method of saving your configurations as favorites or something like that.

In a time where every app has built-in app ruining and money grabbing in-app purchases. I found it very easy and enjoyable, that after my ONE TIME purchase, I could enjoy a great app! Other apps could learn a thing or two here! Shame on them. Great app!!

Instant Toon is one of the best programs for changing your picture to an oil painting, stencil, 3-D, cartoon, and many more choices. You can even put Instant Toon on your iPhone and see what the pictures will look like before you take them, whether cartoon stencil and etc.

Love this app

We use Adobe for large scale projects. For almost everything else, we use Instant Toon for Music Videos, Video Effects, Photo Effects and Style Branding within and for both our record company and our multi-media company. The ease of use is off the charts with a wide array of filters and styles that you can also personalize to your preference. Don’t waste your time. This app only offers four free sample filters(generic ones nobody wants) and EVERYTHING else costs money. Ads pop up literally every time you touch the screen. Thankfully there are better apps with MORE free options and fewer ads to wait through.
