I phone 6 can install but cant used need iso 13 Plus ....

How i used it in iPhone 6

eKYC FAILED.

Entered personal details and transferred RM18 via FPX. Tried the eKYC 3 times. Each time failed with message “Data could not be read because it’s in the incorrect format”. App not working. Will I get my RM18 back ?
