I want to cancel this subscription to enable me to change the country of by App Store.. please how do I go about it and it doesn’t include where to cancel and I can’t update other apps on my phone because of this.

DIFFICULT TO USE
THE APP HAS TOO SLOW / NON-EXISTENT RESPONSE TO CHANGES. Editing content is so stress full. I have been trying to edit a video for about 2 days, and I’ll change and adjust the timeline on the video content I’m working on (like texts) and it won’t reflect. If your app is this difficult to use it is wrong to charge so high for a subscription. I wish I can get my money back. Total waste!
Can’t get a refund.
I mistakenly made a yearly subscription instead of monthly and all attempt to get a refund has failed ! I need my refunds it’s starting to annoy me if I don’t get my refund I’ll uninstall the App and also tell everyone I know my sad experience.

Instories has been malfunctioning a lot lately.
It's fading out the sound when I didn't ask for it, and also glitching the extracted videos.

A really beautiful App I must say!!! Can the team add a voice recording option in the music section. This would be totally efficient.
The App is great, but it keeps crashing ! So frustrating.
The software needs to improve it is morale killing to see the app crash after you have a created a beautiful sequence
