Found a Instructair on Google. You can either use from your computer or download the app. I downloaded the app.There were a few questions to answer and I found an instructor the same day. And I liked his qualifications. In the browser I can see the instructor and his/her location. Pretty awesome.

This app represents in advertising that it will show instructors that are a good fit. Yet it really only show the technical/ flight certications they have NOT whether they will have good interpersonal skills for flying with you the student in the cockpit. That is almost more important.
