CEMS(Complex EMS)는 산업단지 에너지관리시스템으로 산업단지 내 각 공장에서 발생하는 에너지 사용 데이터를 수집하고 이를 통합 관리하는 에너지효율관리 플랫폼 어플리케이션 입니다.
본 어플리케이션은 각 공장관리자에게는 에너지 관리를 위해 다양한 서비스를 제공하고, 산업단지 관리자에게는 산업단지 차원의 에너지 통합 관제를 통하여 에너지 효율적인 산업단지 운영 방안을 제시합니다.
CEMS(Complex EMS) 어플리케이션은 다음과 같은 기능을 제공합니다.
* 에너지 모니터링: 산업단지 내 공장에서 소비되는 전기, 가스, 열 등의 에너지 사용량을 실시간으로 모니터링하여, 에너지 사용량과 비용을 파악할 수 있습니다.
* 실시간 경고 및 알림: 전력 피크 기준을 설정하여 피크에 근접할 경우, 관리자에게 실시간으로 경고 및 알림을 제공합니다.
* 전기요금 분석: 전력 피크 및 사용 패턴을 분석하여 현재 사용중인 전기요금제의 적합성을 판단하고, 최적의 전기요금제를 추천합니다.
* 업종별 전력요금 단가 비교 : 산업단지 내 동일 업종과 전력 단가 비교 및 벤치마크 기능을 제공합니다.
* 설비 스마트 예지 : 모터 현황 분석을 통해 설비의 고장 시점을 예지하는 기능을 제공합니다.
