Cannot set timer settings from the app-the temperature sets ok but when you touch the start or end times the app immediately crashes - this happens every time so it’s impossible to use the app & have to revert to onboard display (iPhone 12) - ios16.2 (latest software installed) I have an earlier iPad Air which also fails to allow the user to set the timer on the app So GlenDimplex when are your software engineers going to sort this out (reading the reviews other people are having the same issue) Still the same a few fears on - looks like they’ve given up on the app ?! Typical with manufacturers these days - create an app and not support or develop it - cutting costs I guess ??

The app found my radiator easily but you can’t do any programming from the app, can’t adjust the temperature or edit the program. In fact it looks like the only thing I can do is advance to the next programmed time, or cancel it. Needs a lot more functionality to be of any use.

Unfortunately I’ve not been able to connect any of my Heatstore “smart” heaters. They all have Bluetooth because I can get them to show me the pairing PIN code but my phone can’t find any of them and neither can the app. Which has no instructions. It really needs to take you step by step through connecting a heater. Almost glad it wasn’t my decision to buy this brand.

App finds heaters can program schedule and advance but cannot adjust temperature still have to go to heaters to do this.

Works perfect with Creda heaters.

It seems that after the last update an issue was introduced that crashes the app when trying to adjust schedule timing which makes the app not fit for purpose

Timer doesn’t work, also heater is set for 17* and is not on, currently the room is about 8* but heater doesn’t turn on until is set for above 19*

This app no longer connects to my radiator, it picks up the radiator but just doesn’t connect.. it used to work great.

I have recently downloaded this app to use on my 3 heaters. Installing the app and the heaters were fine, now I can’t even get on to the app to use it and turn the heaters up and down. It doesn’t load up. Not impressed!!

This app has always worked fine. But has just today decided not to work properly anymore. The bedroom rad no longer connects to Bluetooth despite being visible on the app. The lounge rad has stopped being visible in the app but is connected to Bluetooth??!
