The hub system all a sudden cannot be logged in for no reason. This is the most unstable software of iPhone.
We are VMware WS1 customer. But have to say their support was awful. No follow-ups, empty promises, even making false statement just tried to resolve support ticket. Anyone who considering a UEM solution, please do your due diligence investigation about VMware WS1 horrible support experience before making your decision.

It doesn’t work at iphone12? I can’t even log in after changing the phone. It keep says, “device is not approved” Please help me to solve this problem asap.
