While using you need to enable both water pump in the app and also on the physical switch. If you have an issue with your phone you can’t get water out but your limited the hand pump. Would be great if the app was car play compatible that way you can monitor the van’s condition plus the tyre line when it’s also synced with the app, and doing this via the head unit in your car would be great. Now to get Jayco to mount Bluetooth nodes closer to the front of the van’s well in my case for a JJ 15.48-6.
The app is useless!! Needs panel inside van urgently
If you do not update it works fine soon as you update it fails. Good luck
So far so good till I deleted the app now I can’t download it and reinstall
I am having the same problem. As soon as the app times out, functions such as the pump shut down. I have tried to install the firmware but It fails each time. The developers web site is useless to me. I contacted Jayco but they told me to contact the dealer.
Just paired with iphone, but unless I am in or very near van it wont stay connected or recognise device Trying to update firmware using home wifi was not possible, needed to still remain near caravan and house and it again dropped out.
The app works well. It’s very good showing all the power inputs, Power being used, charge rate, and solar input. You can turn on/off the water pump and hot water from it. You can see the state of charge of the house battery and your vehicle battery when the 12 pin plug is connected. My only criticism is the water sensors, they are just not accurate and really need updating.
The app has stopped viewing the voltage and the amperage on the app so can’t tell if the battery is faulty or flat. There is also no way to get the info from the company
The problem with the app is the system power off button is next to the hot water and pump buttons . It’s too easy to accidentally switch the whole system off including the fridge when navigating the app . A simple feature like pin protection for the master off switch would be good idea .
