I love Michelle’s content, particularly on YouTube, and there is a lot of good stuff in the app but it lacks a sense of aliveness and vitality. I don’t receive notifications when content is added, so I have to check. It is not updated frequently and I can’t always tell when new content is added. It doesn’t remind me to check out different features. The community there isn’t active. I subscribe to other apps with a similarish price point that provide a more interactive and communicative experience. I could be wrong, but I get the sense that the app just isn’t at the top of the priority list with all the other content Michelle is generating on multiple platforms. She is so good. This app could be better.

It had potential, I was super excited when I heard of it, just too expensive for me. I love Michelle’s videos though and for now I’ll just stick to those!

Relaxing hot bath of an app
This is my favorite meditation/hypnosis app available. It offers something really unique that the others just don't. I always feel better after using it.

I have been a fan of MuchelleB's content for a while now and this app feels like the next evolution in her work. I really enjoy the community and the content available exclusively on the app.
There are a lot of opportunities that have yet to be taken with this app but I'm excited to see it grow.
Things I wish to see for a 5* review:
-apple watch component (I often do not have my phone and would love to do my meditations and listen to content while exercising)
-improved iPadOS implementation (it's a bit kadywompus on the iPad)
-better community functions (I often seem to miss replies to discussions I'm participating in? notifications could use some work)
-better ways of arranging the landing page to personal use or one which reacts to howone uses the app over time
This is by no means to say this is a bad app, far from it. I really love it. It's just getting started and can absolutely be even more amazing with some fine tuning I think.
Worthwhile
Found the creator on YouTube and was impressed with the quality of content. Very actionable and applicable across a wide range of age, life situation, and preferences. Incredible value.
Game-changing
This app really has some great exercises that get you thinking and excited about planning, setting goals and just being an overall baddie babe! I am using this app regularly and benefiting from the journaling exercises as well as the book reviews with action lists. This app is not only beautiful but, it puts you to work which means you will see results!
Intention
Gorgeous, color scheme is beautiful. The videos I watched in my free trial were lovely. It’s just too much money for too little content at the current moment, I didn’t see anything about any content that is on the way. Priced even more than similar big name meditation apps but with a tiny, tiny, sliver of a fraction of the library. I think if it gets a lot of content it could be good! Basics are there. If you don’t want to try it out, I would just get the trial or do a month or two, you could get through all the videos in that time (probably a week). Huge Muchelle B fan 😍

The reason for my rating was the price. It is $95-$144 for a year’s access. I think you should be charging for the amount of content you currently have, not the amount you will have in the future. I appreciate that quality content takes time to create, and it’s admirable work. But as a consumer, I’d rather just wait a year for there to be more content and sign up then and get my money’s worth!

Intention App
This app is great in every way! I love the layout and color scheme. I enjoy the sessions whether it be journaling or a meditation. I love the sleep body scan meditation before I go to bed. It gets me very relaxed and allows me to have a clear mind. I just did the self compassion meditation, and it really changed my mindset on how to handle stress and to allow myself to not be so harsh.
