关于我的包裹遗失的问题
这已经是我用泛非的第6年，这一次非常失望，我的包裹遗失了，问客服，国内外客服相互之间推卸责任！快一个月了都没有给我一个答复，以后不会再用，并且会和我身边的朋友说明，大家都不要用这个软件！坑人！

可以用泛非发一些普通货物 有折扣很好 发一些敏感货物最好不要用 它们的系统认定下单货物就不能取消，你不下单还看不到重量 就是这么坑 下单前一定要算好重量 要不然1.3公斤的东西让你交两公斤的钱 垃圾

收费太黑了。不希望朋友们用。他们是怎么收费贵就怎么收费。4.2公斤的快递。0.042立方按7.5公斤收费。
