Quite unreliable and not clear

Just constantly says “connecting” after entering my login details. They need to invest more into their apps in general as they are not intuitive and look like they have been written by a cheap dev.

Always crashes, takes ages before you can get it to work again Avoid Control 4 as its rubbish!

Expected it to work. Come on Control4, you can do better than this.

Has been updated and still needs so much work. Very hit and miss if it will work at all. Could be a great app but slow and crashes all the time

Not the best functionality was always delayed in alerting doorbell when away from home so the person has usually left by the time your answer but now they’ve removed the do not disturb function it’s even worse !

A doorbell that you simply can’t silence when ringing, where non of the phone functions work to make it go on mute...very expensive and lacking in a lot of functionality compared to the rest of the market.

Over the last couple of months the app has become unstable and either crashes or logs you out while answering the door. Please fix!!!!

Had the app for over 6 month’s can’t think of one occasion when it has worked properly, crashes 90% of the time. Can’t answer calls, can’t reject calls and this is a service we pay for on top of the equipment. Needs to be fixed...

It’s about time this app followed the mute & do not disturb settings of the device. I was at a funeral today and the damn thing rang in the middle of the service despite the iPhone being muted and do not disturb being set!!
