Love the app so far. I wish they can make the silent mode feature more flexible, more scheduling options thanks just one time frame.
I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years, but the Unite phone system has been a major disappointment. It constantly fails to connect calls, and the lack of incoming caller ID is a huge problem for my business. Without caller ID, we can’t look up or prepare for incoming calls, which impacts our ability to serve customers effectively. The issues began after they “upgraded” my system, and it’s been nothing but trouble since. Very frustrating and unacceptable for a business-focused service. There customer service over complicates simple requests while overwhelming customers with polite hyperbole.
App works for a while, then stops working for no reason, requiring a reinstallation. Tech support has no better solution. Been this way for years. This is an expensive service for business so should be much more reliable. App is fine when it works.
I use this app everyday for work. This isn’t my first cloud phone app I’ve had to use for work, but this is far and above the better experience. I can change any of my settings from here and text from my work number as well. Gives me some work/life balance.

We use intermedia for our in office phones and IMs, and having the AP on my phone keeps me connected to both even when I’m not in the office
When call are made to desk phones from the app their is a lot of feedback and drop off’s Meeting via desktop from remote network have lags in presentation and I have given up using the video feature. At the same instant leaving all other variables the same but switching to zoom or teams makes the connection work without a hitch
I love having unite for mobile.
Please add the feature to listen to recorded conversations related to the called contact. Sometimes I need to relisten conversations with the client. Like address or contact information.
