Poor Customer Service and Serious Privacy Issue
I booked a flight with Intermiles on July 4th for travel on the 14th. However, upon trying to check-in, I consistently received an "invalid PNR" error, despite entering correct details. Intermiles' customer service was extremely poor. It took 16 hours to resolve the issue, during which my PNR ended up linked with multiple other passengers' bookings. This resulted in a serious privacy breach as I could view strangers' personal information and random contact details. Additionally, I was unable to download my boarding pass due to these issues. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. Intermiles, you need to urgently enhance your systems and customer support to prevent such incidents in the future.
Waste of my reward points
1. Intermiles points cannot be used in full. You need to pay 50% + some 10s of thousand of your points to book a little flight. (I transferred 4000 points from credit card) 2. If you wish to use these points against some voucher than let me tell you its not like other reward redeemable type. (Like voucher of 500 at cost of 2000 points) no its not gonna happen. They are offering 5% discount for the cost 500 voucher at 70 rewards points (voucher - 500 can be bought at 475 + 70 intermiles points) Unbelievable !!! How are they surviving like this in such competitive market god knows. Living in previous 2 decade.

Best app to loose your money
They make changes very randomly for instance now full redeem of milestone has stopped from yesterday no clue about it except small message. There no ways to earn milestones! Online shopping miles are not tracked properly & its headache to track the credit or follow up with customer support. Teir benefits are of no use. Use this app if you wish to spend money from your pocket and with diminishing value of miles !
Thieves - miles will expire without any intimation
Do not use this app. One random day all my miles have expired and the customer care team refused to credit the miles back citing internal reasons.
Time to shutdown InterMiles
It’s probably the right time to shut down InterMiles - it’s of no use ,redemptions are astronomical and by shutting down most of miles earning features like spin the wheel and steps for miles and what not - InterMiles Shut down for God’sake
