The perfect app for tracking my fasts. Simple and user friendly without all the stuff I don’t need or want. I can check my fasting schedule at a click of my phone.

I was looking for an easy flexible fasting timer to help me stay on track. All the other apps I found were set for 16:8 or something like that but I prefer to do 24-72 hour fasts instead. I love the flexibility of fasting in this way. For instance I can do a fast for 35.5 hours if that fits my schedule and lifestyle. For me the sweet spot for optimal health and nutrition is a 46ish hour fasting schedule but I love that I can make it my own. Love the app. Very helpful for me and my goals.

I find this app to be so completely helpful and motivating for my fasting journey. I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in fasting. I am so grateful to have found it.
