Poor tech support
I couldn’t cancel my very expensive subscription
*PLEASE READ*
Really great app and help you quite a lot with different issues. I download it mainly because of how much I’ll eat. Only issue is basically unless u pay money u get a very little amount of the diets, lessons, etc. Also they have great recipes. Only request is just to give non-payers a bit more freedom to this app so they can do more and have the same experience to this amazing app Another issue is the timer’s can glitch a lot. By a few minutes even up to a few hours, which is quite annoying. Sometimes they don’t even start until you close and open the app multiple time in a row and sometimes it wont load. Around five times I’ve gotten a white screen and would have to get back into it. I honestly think it’s due to the fact of all the things on this one little app. Other than that this is a great app for anything having to do with weight loss, over eating, recipes and exercise. Have a great day stay safe <3!
Overall it’s a good app
This app is very helpful even with a free plan, which I have. While I do wish there were more options for the free plan, the water tracker and fasting timer are the main things I use. There are so many free options for fasting however I do wish there were more free diet plans. The water tracker is also helpful to remind me. Personally I usually don’t drink enough water,so this reminder helps me stay on track. I do hope the app makes some changes to the app so that there are more options for the free plan. How to cancel subscription
Sir Sorry to post it here . After all iOS Software update and everything, I am unable to find the ‘cancel subscription ‘ option . Want to cancel for some personal reasons but whenever I am trying with ‘ manage app subscriptions ‘ option I am not getting any ‘cancel subscriptions’ option .Please help me .
