Don’t bother with this app- you pay to add credit and then can’t even make calls. Customer service is slow ,no solution offered for the inability to make calls after confirming all dialling codes are correct etc. they are just dragging out the process and still no refund. Waste of money for sure. Avoid.
Whenever i call a IVR system, they ask me to select number. When i try select the number its just doesn’t register with system it keeps repeating the same menu again and again. Just FYI, the key stroke does at times responds but like this i loose money most of the time in trying, very frustrating. Kindly repair the glitch so that IVR system can register the key strokes.
