Es una porquería esta app, pagas y genera las ligas pero cuando quieren acceder te arroja un mensaje en linea que no existen los archivos. Pagas y te obligan a instalar la app de escritorio para enviar mas de 1Gb, pagas y de cualquier manera solo da pena. Es una basura, no gasten en esto.

The app is very bare bones and needs some essential functionality. 1. Integration with the iOS Files app. For my workflow, this is essential. 2. Needs to allow biometric or PIN lock to start the application. It can only be so private as to not allow prying eyes from snooping at my personal files. 3. Needs system dark mode implementation with iOS. Bugs I found: 1. Link sharing is slow when selecting amount of times to download file. 2. UI has a slow animation scale and the app needs patience to use. 3. When signing in, if the user enters the wrong password, the app will wait for the user to enter their 2FA code to then tell them their credentials are wrong. No back button to fix credentials once in 2FA screen. Need to force quit the app. I like the fact the app and your service as a company is open source, it gives you more credibility in the privacy space and the essentials are there. Just a few notes to get addressed. Now, for the macOS client: 1. No option to keep files on the cloud or download them for offline use; all files are downloaded by default (no green check mark icon or cloud icon next to file name on list view). 2. [This one is completely optional and not required for functionality] App icon does not follow Big Sur’s design philosophy, the icon is larger than what it should be and doesn’t have the same dimensions as a normal macOS 11+ icon. If you want an example, take MEGA.nz, which used to be my previous cloud provider. I fully support your view on open source cloud storage and I’m even willing to contribute by upgrading to a paid plan if it means getting these issues fixed and improving the user experience. The app is easy to use and looks great. Its missing key features to make an it extraordinary like iPhone files integration and photo backup. Otherwise, its a fantastic app for anyone who cares about protecting their data. If you don't, go get Dropbox or some other platform that has access to all of your files. Then, you are the product, not the other way around.

I was so tempted to buy a lifetime plan, but I am SO happy I decided to test out the app and service first. I tried to upload 3 files around 200-300MB and they all failed with an error that their server was unavailable. I would definitely avoid this and get a good app/service. I recommend Proton Drive if you care about security and privacy.

Abundant storage for lower cost than almost all the others. Fast, efficient, polite customer service! Probably has all the features you need, though not as many as the market share leaders.

*Use try version before buying For Windows, say less; it works amazing. I have not had any problems so far I used. For the IOS app, uploading photos is quite tricky. First, when you upload, make sure you can open and see the pictures on the app (if not, try a different way) I saved the photos in Files and uploaded the images through the Files folder. Noted: upload chunk by chunk to prevent upload failure. Also, it took pretty much longer than the other apps because it encrypts everything.

I thought 10 tb for lifetime would be amazing but I rather pay the monthly fee for pCloud then to have a one time payment for this . Photos never show up . Half way through the transfer it fails, when I try to reinitialized the upload process, it starts a new folder completely . Right after I see 7 gb used even after permanently deleting the old file. Developers used to respond to people, but only to good comments but when it comes to negative comments, they offer no reply no solution and doesn’t seem like they want to fix the app. If stacksocial didn’t have a deal on this I wouldn’t have bothered and nobody should bother even with the deal, not worth it. Only reason why I gave it two stars because there is potential in it, but only if the developers do something about it and actually take other peoples critiques into account because they are the users.

I’ve been using this storage provider for over a year and every single time it signs me out of my account. Auto upload of camera roll doesn’t always work and is still broken.

I uploaded some files on Drive. After two months, when I tried to download the files, they failed. Is it a joke? Seriously, it’s not downloading, and I lost them. Not only that they have an option for sync photos in the drive, but that is not also working properly .I need to stop using this app and find an alternative—awful experience.

I downloaded the client to my Mac. I moved about 120GB of day into there drive. It synced about 2GB and the got stuck. The status showed that all was up to date. I rebooted my Mac. All the rest of my files simply vanished. I waited a few hours, about 50GB magically started to appear. But the nothing. Waited some more. No new files. No upload traffic from my machine. 100GB of data simply gone. Decided I can't trust this app. Mind you this data was all local. It never made it to their cloud.
