Не повертають гроші
Зробив повернення товару 28.11. Грошей нема. Заявку на повернення зробили 12.12 ( чому не раніше ? Що було весь цей час ? Не зрозуміло ) в Інтер топі кажуть одне, в арбері інше. Грошей все одно нема. Як товар замовити сплати відразу , а як повернення то ще потрібно вибивати. Питання то ~850 грн. Але все таки ? Де гроші ? Тепер кажуть банк винен, набираю банк кажуть платіжне доручення і так по кругу
Интертоп - воры
Оплатили часть товара бонусами, не подошёл, вернули. Бонусов нет ни в действующих ни в ожидающих. На неоднократные обращения ноль реакций. Товар покупался через это приложение, кстати. Подожду пару дней и составлю жалобу в Apple на мошенничество - пусть удалят это приложение.

Додаток не для людей. Ui i ux із якоїсь сраки малювали.
Найміть нормального ui дизайнера і зробіть по людськи. Це жахіття якесь. Криве і косе.
Жахливий сервіс для військових!
Не забрав минуле замовлення- на війні не вгадаєш, коли зможеш потрапити в ваший сраний магазин, то відразу наступне замовлення по повній передплаті, їду у другу відпустку за рік - а як же с*ка його поміряти? Беріть приклад з Розетки!!!!!!!!!

Як видалити надсилання листів на пошту?
Жахливо спамити пошту розсилками. Видалити легко розсилку неможливо.
Таке
Номер телефону, який зареєстрована в базі магазину, додаток не бачить. Авторизація через Гугл не проходить. Дуже «юзер-френдлі»
