Where did it go?
I have no idea where my information went. Some cyber people got on the chat and tried to charge me a dollar I asked who they were and they asked for my credit card information and wanted a dollar to continue the chat. The point is what happened to the reservation that I was about to confirm?

No way to report problems
The Getaway Alerts either have a defect or are so poorly designed as to be useless, I've tried contacting support, spent over 30 minutes being transform person to person before being disconnected. And even though everyone I was connected to asked for my 'email and phone, no one called me back, The issues with Getaway Alerts are many. Here's what I'm seeing.
The first problem is that when it notifies me of availability, the notification *never* goes away, it is always on, so if someone else gets that week, I have no idea of knowing if another week has become available without constantly checking (since the notification stays on I can't tell if it when a new week appears). The second problem, might be related. When I search for Marriott's Grande Ocean from Dec 1 - Dec 10th on the app, I'll see other units that aren't for MGO. And on some of those days, there are other Marriott's available. So currently, there are other Marriotts on Dec 1, 2, 8, 9 and 10th. So when the Alert tells me there's a hit, and I click on it, it shows me those dates, but when I click on each date from within the alert, each is blank, so it's sort of useless and frustrating to have to click on each day with no actual results. Finally, there appears to be no way to delete an alert request, which coupled with the bad notifications is incredibly annoying.
Checkout hanging on credit card verification
Twice today we’ve lost a getaway we were trying you purchase. Both at the checkout screen where is was trying to do the additional verification for the credit card.
The first time it showed me several phone numbers that we don’t own, to send the verification to. This is scary and feels like a race condition the devs of this app need to figure out.
The next time, it gave me correct numbers as options to send the sms to. However I never got the sms and I couldn’t navigate off the existing screen. Wheel just spinning watching the 20 minutes count down to 0.
Now the getaway is gone, wasted the better part of an hour, and am extremely frustrated.
Hopefully the app team is reading these reviews to help minimize these issues in the future
Very Few Search Options
Searching for resorts has VERY few options! I suspect there are tons of resort weeks that would be great for me, but you have to look at specific days. Also, it’s hard to tell if there is a resort at all where I want to go—it makes planning difficult.
Issue with IPhone update
Ever since I updated my phone I keep getting the same error message when I try to do an exchange. I’m able to go through the exchange process including the payment options. But when I swipe to book I get an error message. No matter which unit I select or even using different credit cards. It’s starts with “Json content is not compliant with schema”. It’s a really long error message. This is frustrating. I’ve had interval for 20 years and never had issues with exchange. I think it’s time to go back to calling customer service to exchange.
