A simple and beautiful interval timer - without any ads!
Create your workout in a few intuitive steps:
1. set a length for the interval and the pause
2. set the number of runs and the rest between them
3. add your own exercises or train freely
4. let's go!
5. listen to your favourite music during your workout - audio signals tell you when the break starts and when it starts again.
6. save the workout and train with it whenever you want.
You can also buy different workouts in our shop for a fair price. This list will be extended with many more good workouts in the future.
Most important features:
-set interval, rest, runs and lap rest
-create your own exercises - give them a name and optionally a description
-edit your exercises or delete them again
-set the workout to run in the background; you will be notified when the interval/break starts
- beautiful training UI - you can see exactly how long the session goes on and what the current and next exercise is
- your workouts are saved in Apple Health

-choose between different audio signals
-randomise the order of your exercises during training
-customise the UI according to your own preferences

Die App ist wirklich fabulös aufgebaut und der Funktionsvielfalt ist wirklich spektakulär gut. Daher vermag ich die App jedem zu empfehlen, nicht nur fürs Training

Die App ist sehr gut aufgebaut. Und verständlich. Man kann sehr gut damit trainieren! Ich habe nach langem Suchen endlich diese App gefunden mir der ich mein eigenes Training ohne Probleme durchführen kann.
Das beste was Sie kriegen können
Die App Intervallo unterstützt ideal beim Training. Ich habe schon viele Intervall-Apps ausprobiert, aber das ist wirklich die beste, die ich finden konnte. Die Bedienung ist einfach und intuitiv, das Training damit macht einfach Spaß. Kann ich zu 100% empfehlen!
