Semplice , chiara facilissima d’utilizzo Completa di tutte le modalità per operare.. Complimenti a coloro che l’hanno ideata..
Spesso esasperante per conferma operazioni. Agevole per consultare dati
Agevole per consultare i dati, è invece spesso esasperante per portare a termine operazioni di bonifici o pagamento tasse. La conferma via app tarda ad arrivare e bisogna reiniziare tutto da capo anche diverse volte. Insopportabili perdite di tempo in tal caso.

Pessima organizzazione del website molto lento e complicato

Più veloce la versione precedente. Questa nuova versione invece è un po’ più bella e pratica anche ! Molto meglio di tante altre app da home banking.

Diverse impostazioni e serie di domande/risposte sono mal concepite, o non chiare, o ambigue. È un percorso ad ostacoli, piuttosto sgradevole e soprattutto inefficiente
Problèmes sur iPhone X iOS 14.2
Ne fonctionne pas correctement sur iPhone X iOS 14.2. L’application ne démarre plus : écran blanc vide. Réinstalle mais même problème.

Soprendente !
A parte quella di una banca on-line (che peraltro non ha le stesse funzionalità), cr do che questa sia una delle migliori App in assoluto di una banca. Da migliorare magari la registrazione di un IBAN da utilizzare di frequente, in quanto questa operazione non l’ho trovata particolarmente facile (anzi) ! Complimenti ma fate tesoro delle critiche positive e continuate a migliorarla !
