Don’t need a pointless app for everything
Clunky and frustrating
Logging in never works, sharing tickets is a pain, so much easier if you could add to Apple wallet and share that way. Extremely frustrating app.
Horrible platform
If no stars was a rating that’s what this company would have.
Useless App
Useless app. Try to sign up and it says you already have an account, try to sign in and it says wrong password. Try resetting password and you’re told password is incorrect. Impossible to use.
Shocker!!
This is a hopeless ticket buying app. Every time I login I get the response- “Oops! Something went wrong “ I’ll say it did! Now I can’t find my prepaid tickets!
Appalling
Bought tix, delivered with wrong date, followed event organiser instructions to change date but every INTIX link in their email was broken. Intix’s OWN links also broken so downloaded and logged into app and Ticket Wallet is Broken! 😡
Disgraceful
This App is one of the worst I have ever had to use. How the WAFC thinks it is appropriate to award the 2022 Grand Final ticketing to these hopeless one-star charlatans is beyond. Every time you try to log in the password doesn’t work. When you reset it, it doesn’t work. I haven’t been able to print from it. Now I can’t even get into it. Even the website help is no help.
