Intro Maker: Make Outro for YT

I downloaded it to make a intro for YT but whenever I found a template it said Zip extraction failed and it happened to every template I clicked. And the options were very limited, similar or not the best looking. I went onto fire category and there were about four ones that were free and four that were premium. I also hated how their first impression on the viewer is pushy, like when I first opened the app it was like: OVER 1000 TEMPLATES TO CHOOSE! AND 1000+ FONTS! and I was like oh cool a walkthrough and then it was like: SUBSCRIBE TO BECOME PREMIUM WHICH UNLOCKS THE 1000+ FONTS AND TEMPLATES! Honestly, if you’re looking for a app like this don’t bother trying to get it just find another one.

So I had watched a YouTuber uses to make a thumbnail a intro in like a video for their channel and I really thought that it was really cool so I decided to download the app and it just gave me my options. I made a thumbnail and I’m like edited everything to my video but then a song, the intro part where you like to make an intro and as soon as I open it up nothing was there. It just said search template I tried putting in flowers, just putting in anything I could think of, and nothing would pop up. It was just a blank white screen with a little search bar so I’m like OK well this has to be a glitch so I tried to restart the app. I tried restarting my phone nothing would work so that I searched up at this app has a bug currently in nothing so please work on that because this was supposed to be like the app I used to basically make my whole video and I just can’t make intros anymore and I’m having to not be able to use templates which makes it so much easier to make a intro I’m having to use like five different apps just to make one intro for one video so please fix that because it would make my videos a lot easier to make and I will be able to post a lot more and hopefully grow my channel mother than that pretty solid app but I’m probably gonna delete it if it doesn’t get fixed

If you click Intro templates their is not one template

To all the templates we can use all of a sudden everything is gone I even paid for weekly subscription and don’t have and video intros nothing. It’s blank doesn’t load. Nothing . What happened!!
