I really like this app! I have been trying to eat intuitively for years, but I still often find myself eating chaotically or falling back into restrictive eating patterns. This helps me to reflect on my eating without becoming obsessive. It has even motivated me to cook more, especially because of the photo upload feature. I love seeing the timeline filled with photos of meals I cooked. My only suggestion would be to change the word “Satisfied” on the fullness scale to something else like “Slightly full” or “Satiated”. IMHO, satisfaction has more to do with mood and taste rather than actual fullness level.
