Inventory Control with Scanner

Would be a great app if it actually worked, same complaint as a lot of other reviews

Numerous emails to developers and all messages ignored they take the £80 for a totally faulty software and tun. We bought this software to be able to control all of our stock within my online shop, initially it looked amazing it truly did but this is purely a cloak hiding it’s true faults and there are a lot of them. 1. You setup custom attributes for instance Box number - when you test enter one of the items either manually or by scanning barcode - you enter your number and it just disappears you can enter it multiple times and it never saves doesn’t matter what you do. 2. Once attributes are setup you can’t move them onto the front screen and can only be seen in the edit menu screen. 3. If you want to log items into stock system with different conditions for instance you have a certain amount of stock of one thing but so,e boxes are damaged some are like new, the idea would be to log every item and it’s defining issues it could be that one box you Can’t access via desktop Mac ?

If you have come to look for a free barcode scanner on mac, you've come to the wrong place. This looks purely like an inventory application with manual entry. No scanner to be found.

New update has come in and is horrible. Can’t even add items in GBP seems to be no way to change from USD now and most settings want you to upgrade to the paid version

After using this app for a few months I thought it was great. Today I opened it to find all my inventory that I’d spent hours adding had been completely wiped. No warning nothing. Very unhappy.

This is such a great app and easy to use, unfortunately keep deleting the inventory. So can’t really trust on this app.

1. Very poor search engine. For example, an exact phrase needs to be typed to find an item. 2. Overpriced subscription for what it is. (One off payment would suffice). Some customers just want an inventory app for stuff at home and not for business. 3. When I cancelled my subscription there was a request for feedback which I gladly provided via the given link. It returned due to incomplete email address: <support@starkode>: Host or domain name not found. Name service error for name=starkode type=A: Host not found Otherwise, a brilliant application.

Keep duplicating my items so constantly having to delete lines then im missing stuff so not great app

Spent a lot of time putting my stock on this App but as yet not been able to sync the information over iCloud. Issue raised with developer but no reply as yet!

Love this app. Works great and the fact it updates on both phone & pad which ever you use is a bonus. Just a pity there is not a desktop Mac version also. Keeps me right up to date with stock and I can mark in and out as soon as I receive or sell with the knowledge that which ever portable device I use the information is correct.
