Levels in timer and buttons don’t match

Riblau on

App overall is ok and works, but the names of the levels don’t match: On madimack pump (high medium low) On buttons on app (power perfect silence) On the timer function in app (boost silence super silence) Super confusing!

App Connection Issues

Gillespie87 on

Australia

After 2 years of being able to control the temperature settings and on/off times in the app, I can no longer connect to my inverter to do this. When trying to reconnect, the device is not connecting to my Evo Heat Active-i 9 heat pump. Extremely annoying with the pool temperature now being to cold for my liking but unable to set and adjust on/off times to keep the temperature under control. I hope the app developers fix this bug issue ASAP!!

Bugs and Cheap

This latest update doesn’t give me correct readings or live results. I need to arrow back (which also doesn’t work well), then back in to refresh. My heater also disappeared off the app, then I had to setup again. Could you also include notifications when my heater turns off and goes in to a fault mode…. Which is often! I have spent $20,000 on solar panels to run this heater and equipment, it would be great if the app could integrate with my Enphase solar system to determine power output of heater!!

Doesn’t work

Since the app update happened I haven’t been able to connect to my heat pump

Update has made app frustrating to use

Madcrazymikedude on

Prior to the latest update in October, the app was great and easy to use. However after the update I have to reset the app every time I want to check it. Even after resetting the app, sometimes it still doesn’t give the correct info and requires a few more resets. Hopefully they can fix that issue but then add in some more tools like charting the temp over a given period of maybe a week.

Latest update has sent my device offline

The app updated over night. Now my heat pump says it’s offline and has to be reset. Second time this has occurred with an update to the app

Touch dial for temperature too sensitive

It’s easy to accidentally change the temperature. Should maybe require an actual drag around the dial or a long touch

Easy…….

Having had the heater for nearly a year now and enjoining so much more use because of the heater and the app to control it is so easy to use and adjust from the ease of my phone. Highly recommend 🙏🏻🙏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Great app - it just works with our pool heater

Some equipment manufacturers apps are so poor. This is not one of them!! Works perfect, very easy to setup. Can check our pool temp anywhere and turn on, change temps all very easy. Works perfect every time!!

Needs some work

This app is useful but needs some work… It is useful for remote access and control but very limited and has a few bugs 1. The interface is erratic. It takes several presses to change the mode (power level) and it is easy to accidentally change the setpoint when trying to access the query page. 2. The timer function is extremely confusing. The switch operation is backwards! You have to program the switch to “open” to close the switch/turn on and set to “close” to switch off. Completely against convention! 3. It is useful to see what current operation is, temp in/out, current pool temp, refrigeration performance (although some parameters are backwards). However, the pump/heater have to be running to see what the pool temperature is. It only shows current information. It would be great to be able to see the last temperature after the heater stops or even better, trend graphs to see performance over time. 4. The app appears to be able to connect to other devices for further automation but it is unclear how to do this. A useful feature would be the ability to automate the heaters operation based on solar PV output.
