Software operation
When first time to access App, please register following below steps: Click desktop icon ->Register-> Entering a phone number or email-> Send verification code -> Enter the verification code ->Enter password->Register success:
User loading
After register success, please follow below steps to load:
1. Click desktop icon ->Enter phone number and password->Load:
2. Click “add device” ->I need match new device ->Enter Wi-Fi password（please make sure the phone connects the Wi-Fi network）->Match success （Remarks: if match failed, please follow the tips to repeat the match operation.）
Main Interface
After logging into the main interface, you can do the following operation:
1. Temperature setting
The temperature can be set by sliding the dash board in the middle of the main interface
2. Switching mode --Smart/Silence
Click bottom “Smart/Silence” to switch mode
3. Timer
Click the bottom “Timer” to set the switch time
Manual
End user can enter “Manual” to operate “Switch Device””Device Management””User Center””General” as below:
1. Switch Device
If app bind several devices, “Switch Device” can select different devices to operate.
2. Device Management
“Device Management” ->Add new device as picture 1 ->Edit device as picture 2
3. Personal Center
“Personal Center” set User Name and Password as below:

Impossible de se connecter
Pompe a chaleur pour piscine BWT. Impossible à connecter. Le signal wifi est fort, la pac proche du point d’accès, mais elle ne se connecte pas. La notice de la pac ne correspond pas à l’application.
Bonne app mais quelques améliorations à apporter
Le jumelage de la PAC est laborieux mais une effectue, cela fonctionne bien. Avoir un historique des températures et de la consommation électrique serait un plus pour mieux gérer la programmation de la PAC
Bien mais manque des paramètres
Il manque une harmonisation entre les conditions météo affichées et les conditions déclencheur de météo dans les scénarios et de plus, sur un même scénario on ne peut pas mettre plusieurs conditions météo
Météo
Sympa et pratique mais la météo est très souvent à côté de la plaque, il faudrait se fier à un meilleur serveur météo. Aujourd’hui 11/05/2022 c’est plein soleil sur toute la France il m’indique partiellement nuageux, du coup la pompe ne s’enclenche pas automatiquement. Il faudrait aussi pouvoir connecter cette APP à mes panneaux solaires emphase afin de connaître la production qui enclencherait le pompe à partir d’un niveau défini par l’utilisateur.
Procédure de connexion pas claire
Première connexion très difficile à réaliser, tant la marche à suivre est peu claire. Notice de la piscine pas assez détaillée, et aide en ligne aléatoire et parfois incompréhensible). La pompe à chaleur est de grande qualité. Quelle dommage de dégrader sa qualité avec un logiciel si mal conçu. Qualité chinoise, même dans le logiciel ca se voit…
Très pratique
Très pratique, je regrette de ne pas avoir prévu le même système pour la pompe de filtration.
Fonctionne bien pour ma Pompe à chaleur
Confirme à ce qui est annoncé. Il manquerait la possibilité de disposer d’un historique des températures, des temps de fonctionnement, ou de la charge du compresseur.
Grundsätzlich eine gute App
Die App funktioniert soweit sehr gut. Mir fehlt noch die Anzeige der Ausgangstemperatur im Display. Die Automation bietet sehr viel und ist einfach zu bedienen. So lässt sich die WP aus der Ferne sehr gut steuern. Allerdings erschließen sich mir die Szenarien z.B. mittels Temperatursteuerung bislang nicht. Ich hoffe eine Doku zu finden.
Total Unfähig
Nach heutigem Update der App ist meine Wärmepumpe jetzt angeblich Offline. Keine Ahnung wie ich die Wärmepumpe jetzt ansprechen soll!
