Option for cash in Wallet

Why is it only TOP UP that is available in wallet. Why can’t I retrieve my cash? I mistakenly add the cash but I cannot anymore take it back. The only option is to buy something in the shop. Also, the ink n this review is invisible. I cannot read what I typed.

Everytime i buy a stocks laging nag mi-minus sa total bill ko yung charge fees kaya hindi ako makabili ng stocks lging lumalabas "PRICE INVALID". What should i do
