You say special characters are supported, but the get stored as %xx, s when you try to login you get an error. I had to edit the saved password to change the %xx to the correct character, now it always ask if I want save the new password, which I don’t. This means you can’t us the apple recommended password without modifying it.
No other application does this with passwords
I created a new password without special characters.
Plus, I always get an error with Face ID
Can’t login
Haven’t been able to login to my account for months. Has issues syncing to my mint account too. Not a good app if you can’t get past the login failure window.
Continues to fail on log in
I have the latest version of investor 360 and iOS on my iPhone 13. I keep getting log in errors every few days. I delete the app and reinstall and I can then log in using Face ID. But after a couple of days, the log in error returns. Deleting fixes the issue, but the problem returns, and I delete again…as the cycle starts over.
need to delete and re-upload almost daily
As noted, it works a couple of times and then fails to show the account balance & info. Just sort of spins endlessly. So I have to delete & reupload the app every so many days, which is kind of a pain.
Freezes too often
I hate this app! So often when I try to go from one account to another, it totally freezes and I end up having to delete and reinstall. I’ve been told soooooo many excuses by customer service, none of whose fixes ever work. Commonwealth Financial needs a new operating system for sure!
Terrible app
So many glitches and locks up my iPhone every time I first try to log in. After a reboot I get right in. Unfortunately, this is the app my finance person has me use.
6-digit login doesn’t work
The iPad version of this app allows you to set up a 6-digit login option, but it never takes. And every time I log in, the only option is user name and password.
Face ID not working
Face ID has stopped working. I deleted and reinstalled the app with same results.
Most horrible!
I am dumping my financial advisor as they are offering this horrible app only! I am also writing a bad review for them to continue offering me service through this app only!
Needs improvement
Not sure if anyone is still working on this app? Basics like Account Performance are blank, it doesn’t seem to update daily, and biometric security has been in the works for over a year….disappointing and frustrating compared to the big guys!
