The app does not focus with iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro. No matter how much you tap the screen to focus, it does not work. In the previous update, it worked perfectly.

Bad app update
We just began using the app in the last couple of months and loved the ease of use with taking the photos with us control. The recent update is not very user-friendly and does not snap the picture quickly. The new update to the picture taking is entirely too sensitive and it’s not giving better. Smile mock ups. What we’re finding is it is annoying the patients. We would prefer if we had an option to go back to the other way of snapping pictures as it’s more user-friendly.
Bugs With Photos
Lots of trouble uploading photos and exporting photos.
Not Working As Intended
Patient pictures taken with app are not syncing with your website. Very frustrating. The old app photo Uploader was better!
