Invoicing Jobs is used to create, email and print all types of sales and service invoices. The document designer is used to tailor Invoices to your specific business, unique formats, graphics, font and terms may be used. Integration with client info lets you can send reminders, create invoices and track your important accounts.

This comprehensive business app provides complete financial information including inventory control and Profit & Loss Info. All information is maintained on your device and there is no need for connectivity or outside servers as is common with many of the more sophisticated business apps.

Labor, Parts & Supplies are maintained in the app with detailed multi-line descriptions, costs, price and units of measure & on hand quantities. These can be added on-the-fly or maintained from your stored items.

Estimates - In App Purchase required. Create detailed and professional looking estimates at the client site that may be immediately emailed or printed. Track the status of each Estimate from Draft to Email to Approved.

Signature Capture of approved Estimates with an update of Status. Invoices and Estimates may be copied for editing and reuse with other clients.

Financial Information - Is instantly available for any client, job or timeframe with just a few taps. Information may be viewed on screen or downloaded for further analysis with any spreadsheet.

Help and Support - Context sensitive help shows by topic as well as how to movies. Email, text and phone support provides to help with any questions or issues.

Scheduler - The calendar on steroids. Select client names from your contacts and add the service information to the appointment. Create reminders, complete and invoice the transaction, view contact management info and send confirmations. All right from the appointment. View multiple calendars, set alerts, search history.

Automatically synchronize your information utilizing iCloud technology. For up to five devices this In App will keep your business info inSync and available on all your devices!

Messages & Reminders
Create Appointment Reminders automatically from your schedule using text or email. Design All types of messages like appointment confirmations, thank you, follow up & promotions. Designer can insert date & time, client info and your company information.

Profits and Reports
Profits provides a complete financial system that tracks all sales, purchases and expenses. Includes ALL formatted PDF Reports that can be printed.

I absolutely love using this app for my business. It is very essential to have the right tools to do the right job. Invoicing Pro is by far the best app out there to get this accomplished I can’t say enough for the staff for when there’s an issue they help you take care of it. I highly recommend this app for anyone who’s in the service industry.. Thanks to the staff once again..

Was looking for an app to do my invoicing. This one does the job and has a better price than other apps I looked at. Handles customers with multiple locations, taxes, everything. Would recommend.

Clean App. Great functionality!

A lot of these apps are just too basic to handle a real business. This app does much more than invoicing. Scheduling, inventory, profitability, you name it. It has a clean design that makes it easy to do a lot in one view. Would recommend.

Great App and Support & No monthly fees either.

We recently installed and started using this app and are really impressed so far. Quick setup, handles our exceptions and has provides detailed financial info about our business. Support staff is responsive and has really helped us get everything setup right. Most "Free" apps require a monthly fee after the free period so this is a very Good Deal!

Crashes continually-waste of money

Easy to setup and use

I hate change and a new app like this was a big change for me. Fortunately the app contains some useful sample data to let you see how it works. In addition there is a lot of well organized help and even a handful of movies. Reviewing this info and watching the movies made it super easy to get started. The app uses your existing contacts and calendar so there is no extra work there, service and products can be added on the fly and you’re good to go!

Have been successfully using this this app for a while and have just downloaded the new version. We have some unique need on our invoice and the new Document Manager should help us further customize the documents. Need to call about some of the new features and support was very helpful. I like this a lot!

Solid features and easy to use

Overall this is a solid app that is well sorted and does more than advertised. I needed to call support once and they were great. Extensive help in the app answers most questions. No need for WIFI or data usage. There are plenty of pleasing invoice formats, the one I chose is called "Clean". You can included terms and conditions and even capture a signature. Multiple payment types are supported and it track which invoices are paid. A steal for the one time charge. Why pay monthly for the same thing?
