I can’t connect my phone to the watch it’s just not working please reply
Easy app to use
Used to connect to my texts and phone calls and now will not after it updated the software, no matter what I try.
This is me second Yamay smartwatch. Apparently it has my email registered from my previous device. It was registered a long time ago. I’m caught in a loop that errors out: my password doesn’t match and when I ask for a code, I never get an email with a temp passcode to get in and update my information. I don’t have full access to the device. I went back to Yamay because I thought highly of it. Now, I’m second guessing my decision.
Your last update has kicked me out and I can’t get back in. It says it needs be paired, but it already is paired. Before your update, I loved this app and product. I have been unable to use the app since the last update. Please fix this.
My watch didn’t update the time change. I went to sign in and only Chinese characters were sent when asked to verify. I looked online at what the problem could be and it was suggested to factory reset. Now I have a watch that is useless.
I’ve been pretty happy with this app for a while now. It does the things it needs to do. My current complaint is that I can’t actually use it right now. The last update logged me out, and the password reset screen wants me to provide a token code, which appears to be provided on the screen, but is not in English, even though everything else is in English.
I am trying to get back on this app, says I forgot my P.W. I keep trying to get someone to help but all the email addresses are fictitious on the HELP VERSION TO GET HELP. I did not sign out, and when I went to check stats the app was locked out. Every time I email says these are not legit addresses . I cannot get back on.
I really enjoyed this watch and app until it suddenly unpaired with the device. I could not pair my watch to the app, tried factory resetting like the app instructed and still no luck. It wants me to make an account but when I try to do so says I already have that email address registered. When I try to login it doesnt work though.
