I like what you’re doing here. I’m excited to see where this goes. One preference I had as a suggestion to the dev team is that I’d like to see the messages speed up after I respond - just slightly. I find this app helpful. The app ask if it’s even typing too fast or slow. There are some tools on here that are very useful. Some insights, journaling, learning & finding a realistic point of view of what is going on in our minds. There are definitions, there is answers. Most of all, you are not alone in what you are dealing with like depression and anxiety.

So I was sharing my feelings with Iona, and it was taking a long time to respond. My phone had suddenly turned off, and when I turned it back on the app must have been closed because it was trying to secure connection, failing, and saying I needed to be connected to the Internet when I was. So it tried logging back in instead and still nothing. Well whoops?
