I’ve used this app for several years but now the latest version I can’t get it to work with Siri like it used to. I can’t seem to edit any of the commands anymore. I tried customer support but no response. Sad to have a product with great potential and then not support it.
I paid $1,800 to replace all switches in our house and the day after they arrived the switches lost the a coupke iffeatures ffom the Plus enhancements I bought them for and iotty just will not respond to me. They continue to advertise the feature and even show it in the app store front page 🤷🏼♂️. So overall they look great, the app is good but the customer service is very much like a shoddy company who doesn’t care about their customers. Come on iotty!!
I bought single light switches and now it wont show up in the “ devices” category and it wont allow me to register it again for some reason. I cant control it it wont pair up my wifi connection. If you can help me please do because customer service wont even reach out back. Trash .
There is absolutely no support. If it doesn’t work there is no one you can call or message to get any help.

The app is great and I’ve used it to troubleshoot problems and identify devices. Just turn off the device connection and check to see which device isn’t working, and voilà. I can check my home connection while traveling also. Great functionality.
Saves time and I don’t have to speak to anyone for help or assistance. The app does a great job solving most problems!
I’m very happy with my home manager system. My wife and I use social media forums, and many apparently harmless websites are sketchy, to say the least. This system has helped us to remain relatively free of online attacks.
Literally this app makes it so much easier to handle your Wi-Fi and all of your devices. iotty Smart Home always comes thru with the works. I love them and all of the features they offer thru apps, phone calls, set ups, etc.
