At 99 cents I wasn’t expecting a lot but it does what it says it will do. I have an issue with leveling my RV with leveling blocks. The process has been; drive forward/back, get out, look if tire is centered over leveling block, get back in, drive forward/back, repeat, repeat, repeat. Now I place my iPhone on the ground near the tire and monitor the position on my iPad. Very easy and much less stressful. The one caveat is when the iPhone Auto-Locks after 1 minute, the iPad connection drops. The solution is to set Auto-Lock to “Never” before using the app and setting it back afterwards.
This app comes in handy for remote viewing. For example, I can shove my iPhone into some hard-to-access place, such as behind my sink, and view on my iPad. Or when RVing, I can set up my phone to watch my wheel as I pull onto a ramp or leveling blocks, and see on the iPad just when I’m correctly positioned. I’m sure I’ll find other uses. Two minor drawbacks: first, the image resolution is not up to normal iPhone or iPad standards. But it's more than good enough for most remote-viewing purposes. Second, there's about half a second lag between what the camera sees and what the remote device displays. Again, for most purposes that shouldn't be a problem, but it's something to be aware of. All in all, though, this is a handy app at a reasonable price.
