IP SHANGHAI,以“看见数字世界的上海”为目标,面向全球征集视频、图片、声音、美文、出版物、设计等资源以及各类城市文化IP和对外传播案例,向全球用户提供公益和付费IP资源下载、分享、传播服务,为IP内容创作者提供展示与交流的空间、众筹合作和创意落地的机会。
