Everything is out of alignment and has been designed for the administrator and not for the end user. Nothing is particularly user friendly especially when booking an extra day. I so awful that rather than book an extra day I made other arrangements as that was easier. I’m surprised the app passed apples requirements as it appears unfinished. Any school etc looking to use this should currently avoid it as you will get more complains from your customers.

Thanks iPAL, love the app! Works really well, so easy to book my child into their after school and holiday clubs. Love the feature where I can view all my invoices. Wow so simple! The accident and incident reports also a great feature where I can sign and download. Also thanks for adding a waiting list feature when I needed holiday camp during summer holiday!

As a parent we need systems that help us and this system has caused me no end of issues. It’s an injustice to the educational bodies that pay you for it and the excellent job they do to look after our little ones. I was using the web browser at first (on mobile) and then I heard you had an app but it’s the exact same. It’s clunky, so hard to navigate. The amount of times I had rolly ball just trying to input my children’s info/emergency details etc so much so that I ended up with duplicating info. Changes needed - when you select from the side bar menu, it should disappear, allowing you to see that the page has changed. - invoices - displayed one letter after another underneath each other. And the information doesn’t make sense. - selecting days whether 9-3.30 or 8.30-4.30 you shouldn’t be able to select both. - Wallet buttons disappear when you click them. I had a late fee (because of how rubbish the system is!) I had money available in my wallet (vouchers) but I was told I had to pay late fees by card. I would not enter my card details into this system because at the minute I just don’t trust it. As mentioned this is detrimental to the bodies that use it and with all the issues, it does put me off using it. And plus I can’t book additional days because of the wallet issue. I would be embarrassed to call yourself a developer. I just really hope you are working to make a better version of this.

Rubbish app! Had to install and re install about 10 times just to process payment for holiday club booking!

My child’s school has transitioned across to this app and frankly it is awful. Not intuitive at all. Viewing screens to book days don’t work well on iPhones. The calendar only shows dates and not the days - so I’m constantly having to cross reference and scroll up and down to make correct bookings. Why can’t I just set a booking pattern for a month/ term at a time? God help you if you add vouchers to your wallet to pay for stuff as the system is really clumsy. I can’t emphasise at present how much this is hated by parents. I tried to login to it today and was presented with a blank white screen so have had to delete and reinstall the app. You are NOT making our lives easier.
