cant always receive pincode.. and always log out .. needs to log in always but cannot receive pin code when sent to number.

Its not working on my phone.

I pay machines not working properly anywhere in qatar, I called them but their customer service team also don't have any solution for this issue..👎

Trying to register, many time to scan ID but each time fail due to document expire messages. But actually ID is not expired still valid for 2 years . This app is only time wasting

totally disappointed, At the moment of emergency after add fund cant tranfer to other wallet . It’s showing profile disabled.

Very difficult to find the Name of the bank and branch …. Especially in trans fast !!! I couldn’t find my branch even after spending couple of hours … worst system

I started using this app just few months back and now they have updated Ipay and made it more inconvenient they asked me to updated required details which you should have done It on your own as I have given my details before, second when we have to write down the details like bank name and branch name there is no way I can type and search, do they even realize how many sbi branch do we have India it is 22,542 how the help am I or anyone suppose to scroll one by one and search for our branch name.

I pay is worst and even their customer service is worst if i dont get my money i will go to their office and create a big drama and make them famous for stealing my money
