自动续费服务规则
如果您点击订阅、激活并使用云计划自动续费服务（以下简称“本自动续费服务”），则视为您同意这些规则。
您理解并同意：
1.如果您订阅了本自动续费服务，并且在订阅期间未明确取消本自动续费服务，则相关实体将在您激活本自动续费服务之时起，每个订阅期即将到期前1天自动从您的账户余额（包括预设的自有充值账户、绑定的第三方支付账户、银行卡、通信账户等，以下统称为“账户”）中扣除下一订阅期的服务费用，从而延长与订阅期相对应的会员有效期。您应关注上述账户的状态和可扣除的余额。由于账户问题或余额不足导致无法续费的风险和/或损失将由您自行承担。
2.订阅期：除非您取消云计划订阅，否则无到期日期。
3.您确认并同意，Puwell有权调整服务价格。如果Puwell在您激活自动续费服务时打算调整服务价格，我们将通过适当方式提前通知您（包括但不限于网站公告、短信等）。如果您不同意服务价格调整，您可以根据这些规则取消本自动续费服务；如果您未取消本自动续费服务，相关实体随后扣除的费用将基于调整后的服务费用；如果您在订阅期到期前24小时内取消订阅，相关实体可能会根据调整后的服务费用扣除下一订阅期的服务费用，然后停止代扣服务。取消本自动续费服务后，如果您再次激活自动续费服务，相关实体自动扣除的服务费用应以当时页面显示的服务费用为准。
4.自动续费用户取消订阅的方法如下：
苹果应用内支付（IAP支付，应用内购买）：打开苹果手机“设置”-->进入“iTunes Store与App Store”-->点击“Apple ID”，选择“查看Apple ID”，进入“账户设置”页面，点击“订阅”，选择您的云计划订阅并取消。如果您未在订阅期到期前1天取消自动续费功能，订阅将自动续费并扣费。
5.Puwell也可以根据其运营策略的需要停止继续为您提供自动续费服务。您的云计划服务期将在当前服务期到期之日终止。

Can’t get it to work in my phone, I already tried everything I can and nothing, please someone help me out.
It keeps crashing
I’ve had this app for about three months now and it started doing this thing where it will crash as soon as I open it. I keep trying to open it and to no avail it keeps crashing. I tried resetting my phone thinking it was that, and it’s still crashing. Help!!!

Please add an easy DELETE button to delete videos from card and cloud. Please add easy MULTIPLE video deletion button. It is very time consuming to delete each day worth of videos. Needs to be an easier way or more efficient way of deleting more than one segment video of the day and/or make it easier to delete multiple days at a time and I will up the ⭐️ review.

It's stuck
Camara is stuck. It won't rotate. Suddenly happened. It will go up and down but won't rotate left or right. Otherwise I like this camera. Others I bought are working great.
